One of the best combinations when making jam is cherry and orange. Two bright flavors and aromas are very harmoniously intertwined with each other, giving a completely new result. I tell you how to properly prepare such a treat.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the cherry.
Pour boiling water over the orange for a couple of minutes, grate the zest on a grater, and finely chop the pulp.
Mix everything with sugar and pour in about a glass of water so that it lightly covers the berries.
Bring the jam to a boil and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
Let it cool, add vanilla, boil again and cook for another 15 minutes.
Roll the jam into a sterile jar.
