Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion and carrot and fry until soft.
Add the chopped mushrooms and fry for another 7-10 minutes.
Add spices and pass the workpiece through a meat grinder.
Mix chopped garlic, parsley and vinegar into the caviar, and arrange it in sterile jars.
