- Strawberries (frozen) – 1 kg
- Sugar - 350 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Defrost the berries in advance and mix them together with the liquid in a blender.
Combine sugar and gelling mixture in a separate container.
Pour the strawberry puree into a saucepan, add sugar and jelly, mix well. Stirring constantly, bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
Boil the jam for 5-7 minutes, pour hot into pre-prepared sterile jars, twist. Wrap the workpieces with a warm blanket and leave them upside down until completely cooled. The finished jam can be safely stored at room temperature for up to 3 months.
