- Bell pepper - 400 g
- Carrots - 400 g
- Vegetable oil - 60 ml
- Vinegar - 80 ml
- Black Pepper - 3 peas
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Water - 500 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the string beans, carrots and peeled bell pepper.
Boil water, add butter, sugar, salt and black pepper.
Add the vegetables and boil for 5 minutes.
Fish out the vegetables with a slotted spoon and put them in jars.
Boil the remaining marinade, mix with vinegar and pour into jars.
Roll up, turn upside down and wrap up for a day with a thick towel.
