Store-bought purees leave much to be desired in taste and composition. That's why I prefer to cook my favorite snack on my own. This is a simple and economical way to get a quality product without the addition of preservatives and artificial flavors. Only pumpkin and apples – nothing superfluous. Even without sterilization.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel and slice the apples with pumpkin.

Add water and boil for 20-25 minutes until soft.

Grind with a blender and add sugar and spices to the puree.

Bring it to a boil again and boil until thick.

Add citric acid and put the puree in clean, dry jars.
