- Chokeberry - 700 g
- Apples - 800 g
- Lemon - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 1-1.5 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and finely chop the apples.
Sort the rowan and pour boiling water for a couple of minutes. Flip it into a colander.
Scald lemons with boiling water and cut them with peel.
