Ingredients
- Oyster mushrooms - 600 g
- Vinegar - 30 ml
- Peppers mixture - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Water - 500 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut oyster mushrooms and boil for 10 minutes in boiling water. Flip it into a colander.
Separately boil water with sugar, salt, pepper and lavrushka. You can add other spices.
Pour vinegar into the marinade, put oyster mushrooms and boil for 5 minutes after boiling again.
Arrange oyster mushrooms in scalded boiling water jars.
Bring the marinade to a boil again, pour in the mushrooms and roll up.
