Ingredients
- Nectarine - 1 kg
- Water - 1.5-2 l
- Sugar - 250 g
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the nectarines in half. If desired, remove the skin with a knife.
Put the halves in jars and pour boiling water over them.
Leave for 5-7 minutes, drain this water and add sugar and lemon juice to it.
Boil again, pour in the nectarines and roll up the compote.
