Wash the apricots and place them in a sterile jar.
Boil water and pour boiling water over the fruits in a jar. Cover the jar with a sterile lid and leave to warm up for 15-20 minutes.
Then drain the water from the jar into a saucepan, add salt, sugar, bay leaf, peppercorns and cloves. Mix everything together and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add the vinegar and remove the marinade from the heat.
Pour boiling marinade over apricots in a jar and immediately roll up. Cool the workpiece at room temperature and store it in a cool, dark place.
