Crispy pickled cucumbers with mustard for winter

Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 4 kg
- Garlic - 5 teeth
- Dill - 6 umbrellas
- Mustard powder - 2 tbsp.l .
- Black pepper - 6 peas
- Vinegar - 140 ml
- Sugar - 120 g
- Salt - 100 g
- Water - 3,7 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash cucumbers and soak for 3 hours in cold water.
Put mustard powder, black pepper, peeled garlic cloves and dill umbrellas in jars.
Tamp the cucumbers tightly, leaving fewer voids in the jars.
Pour boiling water and leave under the lids for 30 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan, bring to a boil and pour it back into the jars.
After half an hour, drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar and salt.
Add vinegar, remove from heat and pour into jars. Roll up the cucumbers and wrap them with a thick towel.
