Ingredients

  • Cherry (pitted) – 1 kg
  • Sugar - 1 kg
  • Water - 1 glass

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pick the cherries, remove the seeds, add water and sugar and leave for a couple of hours.

Put the workpiece in the bowl of the slow cooker and turn on the "Quenching" mode for 45-50 minutes.

Roll the jam into sterile jars.
