Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop the cabbage and grate the carrots with horseradish.

Boil water with salt and let the brine cool.

Mix vegetables, lavrushka, pepper and brine.

Leave the blank under the lid, leaving a small gap.

Cabbage will be fermented for three days at room temperature.

Pierce it with a wooden skewer every day.

At the end, add sugar to taste, put it in clean, dry jars and put it away for storage.
