Ingredients
- Grapes (Isabella) – 1 kg
- Sugar - 600 g
- Citric acid - 3 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort the grapes, cover with sugar, bring to a boil and cook until the berries are soft.
Grind the mass through a sieve and bring it to a boil again.
Cook the jam for about an hour on low heat, stirring.
Add citric acid and roll the jam into sterile jars.
