Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the apples into quarters and peel the seeds.
Chop the pieces of fruit in a blender or pass through a meat grinder.
Scald oranges with boiling water and cut into small pieces together with the peel.
Mix both blanks in a saucepan of a suitable size, add sugar and leave for 1.5-2 hours.
Put the pan on low heat and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour in the lemon juice and boil for another 5 minutes.
Put the hot jam in clean, dry jars and roll it up.
