- Blueberries - 300 g
- Sugar - 300 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the blueberries with cold water so that all the fine litter floats up. Let it drain and pick the berries.
Cover the blueberries with sugar and leave for 2 hours, shaking the container periodically.
Put on the stove, bring to a boil and cook for exactly 5 minutes. Stir the jam with a wooden spoon.
Pour the blank into sterilized jars and roll it up.
