Wash the grapes, remove the berries from the bunches and place in a saucepan with a thick bottom.
Add sugar, cover with a lid and put aside for 2-3 hours.
Put the pan on the fire, add water and simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave for 4 hours at room temperature.
Return to the fire again, boil for 5 minutes and remove to cool for the same 4 hours.
Add anise, citric acid, boil for 5 minutes and arrange in sterilized jars. Roll up and wrap up for a day with a warm blanket.
