Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop the tomatoes in a blender, and cut the zucchini and pepper into cubes. Chop the garlic and chilli.

Add butter, sugar and salt to the tomatoes. Boil for 20 minutes.

Put the zucchini and pepper, and boil for another 20 minutes.

Add garlic and chili, and after another 5 minutes add vinegar.

Boil the billet for a couple more minutes and roll the mother-in-law's tongue into sterile jars.
