In order not to waste time and cook carp immediately with a side dish, bake it with vegetables. This is a good recipe for medium-sized fish. Just pick the right shape to carefully lay out everything you need. You can take a variety of vegetables, but for now I will share with you my family's favorite option.
Ingredients
- Carp - 1 piece
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Broccoli - 150 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Potatoes - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the peeled carp with spices and make incisions on the sides. Pour soy sauce over it.
Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences and randomly chop the rest of the vegetables.
Put the vegetables in a mold and drizzle with olive oil. Put the fish on them.
Bake the carp in the oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes under foil and another 15 without it.
