With all the simplicity of cottage cheese casseroles, familiar to all of us since childhood, even they can still surprise. What do you say about such an original recipe with buckwheat and dried apricots? And how much benefit is there in just one piece for breakfast!
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l .
- Buckwheat - 80 g
- Flour - 2 art.l.
- Dried apricots - 1 handful
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the buckwheat until tender and let it cool.
Rub the cottage cheese with eggs. If desired, add sugar or honey.
Add sour cream and buckwheat, and then add flour.
At the very end, mix chopped dried apricots into the dough and put everything in a baking dish.
Put the dish in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
