A simple omelet is easy to turn into a full-fledged hearty dish. Add bacon, cheese, spinach and your favorite vegetables. In this recipe, it is important to follow the sequence and not to fry the additives too much. Otherwise, the dish will not be delicious.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Milk (warm) – 4 art.l.
- Bacon - 3 ribbons
- Cheese (solid) – 50 g
- Bell pepper - half
- Spinach - 10 of leaves
- Onion - 1 piece
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the onion and cut it into thin feathers.
Wash the spinach, shake it off and tear it into small pieces with your hands.
Cut the cheese into thin slices.
Cut the bell pepper into large pieces.
Mix eggs, milk, salt and ground pepper. Beat lightly with a fork until smooth.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and heat it well.
Put the onion, bell pepper and fry for 2-3 minutes on high heat, shaking the pan periodically.
Pour in the egg-milk mixture and cook for 1 minute.
Turn down the heat and continue cooking for another 3 minutes.
Spread the bacon, cheese and spinach evenly. Cover with a lid for 2 minutes.
Serve the finished omelet on a warm plate. You can add green onions or other herbs.
