Perhaps this is the easiest and dietary recipe for cooking sea bass in my everyday arsenal. In addition to the fish itself, you will need vegetables, foil, and preferably a Korean grater. But if it's not there, it doesn't matter! You can cut the vegetables the way you like – it doesn't really affect the final taste of the dish.
Ingredients
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the vegetables on a Korean grater and put them on foil.
Put lemon slices and pieces of perch on top. Season with salt and pepper and add rosemary.
Wrap the foil and bake the fish in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
