Many cooks suggest adding corn liquid to the dough. I prefer to use milk instead. By analogy, you can cook pancakes from young corn, after boiling it for 10-15 minutes in salted water.

Ingredients

  • Corn (canned) – 240 g
  • Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
  • Flour - 260 g
  • Milk (warm) – 100 ml
  • Greens (any) – 10 g
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) – 5 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Put the corn in a colander and rinse.

Beat the eggs lightly with ground pepper, salt and milk.

Add flour, corn, finely chopped herbs and mix. The dough should be thick.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, spoon out small islands of dough and fry for 1.5-2 minutes on both sides.
