- Water - 100 ml
- Dry yeast - 7 g
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 6 art.l.
- Flour - 500 g

- Cheese Dor Blue - 150 g
- Adyghe cheese - 150 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dissolve yeast in warm milk and leave for 10 minutes.
Add water, egg, butter and salt. Then add flour and knead a steep dough. Leave it on for 40 minutes.
Cut the pear into cubes and fry in butter with sugar until caramel color.
Grate all the cheese, mix and set aside a quarter.
Mix the rest of the cheese with egg and pear.
