Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the minced meat, chopped onion and spices. If desired, add grated cheese.
Roll out the dough, cut and put the filling on each square.
Fold the squares diagonally, pinch the edges and bake the khachapuri in the oven for 30 minutes at 190 degrees.
