Ingredients
- Chicken - 300 g
- Water - 700 ml
- Milk - 400 ml
- Quinoa - 80 g
- Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Greenery - 5 twigs
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the chicken with water and boil until tender. Strain the broth if desired.
Add the sliced potatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add the chopped pepper and quinoa and continue to cook according to the instructions until the cereals are ready.
Pour in the milk, season the soup and add chopped herbs and chili. Boil for another 3 minutes and remove from heat.
