- Chicken eggs - 6 pieces
- Tuna (canned) – 1 bank
- Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
- Green onion - 2 pen
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs in salted water so they don't crack.
Cool them in cold water and gently peel them so as not to damage the protein.
Cut each egg in half, remove the yolks and put them in a bowl.
Add tuna, spices and mayonnaise, and mash everything thoroughly with a fork until smooth.
Fill the proteins with stuffing and garnish with finely chopped green onions.
