Of all vegetables, zucchini is one of the most successful to cook them in the Korean style. They are perfectly cut on the same grater, retain the shape of thin strips and do not fall apart. So it turns out not only delicious, but also aesthetically pleasing!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 800 g
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp.
  • Spices and seasonings - 20 g
  • Vinegar - 3 tsp.
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l.
  • Dill - 30 g
  • Basil - 30 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Grate the zucchini on a grater for Korean carrots.

Finely chop the basil with dill and garlic, add to the zucchini.

Sprinkle the vegetables with salt, sugar and spices to taste.

Pour vegetable oil with vinegar, mix thoroughly and leave to marinate for at least a couple of hours.
