Prepare Korean carrots with fragrant star anise! To make the spice give the maximum of its aroma and taste, warm it in hot oil. The bouquet of taste is perfectly complemented by lemon zest and balsamic vinegar. A fragrant snack will appeal to everyone!

Grate the carrots on a special grater.

Add sugar, salt, paprika, ground red pepper and mix well.

Peel the onion from the husk and cut into large pieces.

Fry the onion in a hot frying pan with oil until golden brown.

Turn off the fire. Remove the onion, and pour the lemon zest and star anise into the hot oil.

Pour the hot oil into a bowl with carrots. Add vinegar, garlic passed through the press and mix well. Cover tightly and put away in a cool place for 2 hours.
