Ingredients
- Carrots - 500 g
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Ground red pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Coriander (in grains) – 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the carrots and grate them on a special grater.
Add sugar, salt, coriander seeds and ground red pepper. Mix well so that the dry ingredients are evenly distributed.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and pour it into the carrots.
Add vinegar, garlic passed through the press and mix again. Before serving, carrots should stand in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours.
