- Herring (fillet) – 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the carrots until soft for about 15 minutes, depending on the size. Grate it on a fine grater.
Boil hard-boiled eggs and let cool.
Chop eggs, herring and onion in a blender. Add spices and oil, and mix.
Add grated carrots to the foreshmak and mix again.
