If you have the time and desire, prepare baked rolls. The process is long and very interesting. Conventionally, it can be divided into two stages: twisting the roll and baking. It is recommended to flavor the finished snack with Japanese mayonnaise or soy sauce.
Ingredients
For rolls:
- Round rice (boiled) – 150 g
- Red Fish (lightly salted) – 100 g
- Philadelphia Cheese - 150 g
- Algae - 50 g
- Red Caviar (flying fish) – 1 tbsp.l.
- Cream cheese - 150 g
- Soy sauce - 1 art.l.
- Rice vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Nori - 1 sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix rice with vinegar and set aside for 5 minutes.
Spread out a bamboo mat and lay out a sheet of nori.
Spread rice evenly on top.
Lay out the seaweed and sliced red fish. Add a layer of Philadelphia cheese.
Roll up the roll tightly, pressing your fingers well over the entire surface.
Cut into portions.
Mix cream cheese, flying fish caviar and soy sauce.
Spoon the blank onto the pieces of rolls.
Bake for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
