- Beef - 300 g
- Spices and seasonings (for meat) – 1 tsp.
- Salad mix - 2 handfuls
- Yellow tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Crackers - 60 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Yogurt - 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the beef, fry until tender and season to taste.
Randomly chop all the tomatoes, mix with salad mix and season with yogurt.
Put the beef and crackers on top.
Decorate the dish with thin rings of purple onions.
