This is a kind of lightweight version of "Mimosa", both in composition and in complexity of preparation. There are fewer ingredients and preparation, and the dish turns out to be just as tasty, and also relatively light. You can even replace mayonnaise with yogurt.
Ingredients
- Canned fish - 2 banks
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Fig - 100 g
- Mayonnaise - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the eggs until tender and rub the whites and yolks separately.
Boil the carrots and also grate or finely chop.
Boil the rice and rinse with cold water.
Lay out in layers: canned fish, rice, mayonnaise, proteins, carrots, mayonnaise and yolks.
