Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 400 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Cucumbers (medium) – 2 pieces
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Hop-suneli - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 120 ml
- Quail eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Greenery - a couple of twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut chicken fillet, cucumbers and peeled chicken eggs into small cubes.
Peel and chop the onion.
Peel the potatoes and grate them on a special grater.
Mix potatoes with ground pepper, salt, hops-suneli and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Put the fried potatoes on a paper napkin to remove excess oil.
Mix chicken, onion, cucumbers, eggs, salt and ground pepper.
Add mayonnaise and mix gently.
Lay out the salad with a slide, sprinkle thickly with fried potatoes. Make a small recess on top.
Add chopped greens and peeled quail eggs to the recess.
