Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the red fish and tomatoes.
Tear salad leaves and arugula with your hands.
Cut the cheese and fry in a dry frying pan for 2 minutes on each side.
Dry the nuts in a frying pan and chop them slightly.
Mix honey, mustard, oil, orange juice and beat for 2 minutes at medium mixer speed.
Mix arugula, fish, tomatoes, lettuce leaves, nuts, salt and pepper.
