My favorite winter salad. You will find products for it in the nearest store and everything will cost literally pennies. Instead of canned beans, you can use dry. Soak it for 2 hours and boil until tender.

Ingredients

  • Beetroot (boiled) – 350 g
  • Beans (canned) – 1 bank
  • Prunes (without a bone) – 5 pieces
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .
  • Lemon juice - 3 tsp.
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the beets and cut them into small cubes.

Add lemon juice, oil and mix.

Rinse the prunes and pour hot water for 10 minutes.

Drain the water, dry the prunes and chop finely.

Put the canned beans in a colander and rinse under running water.

Mix beets, prunes and beans.

Add salt and ground pepper to taste.
