Beans go well with many foods, so they are often used in salads. It is most convenient to cook with canned beans. I try to keep a few jars in the pantry. We will use one of them today.

Ingredients

  • Red Beans (canned) – 1 bank
  • Bell pepper (large) – 1 piece
  • Celery (stems) – 100 g
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Olive oil - 30 ml
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
  • Salt - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel and slice the bell pepper.

Add lemon juice, garlic passed through the press and mix.

Flip the beans into a colander and rinse.

Chop the celery stalks finely.

Mix everything, add salt and olive oil.
