What could be tastier than a vegetable salad with shrimp? Juicy tomatoes, crispy cucumbers, avocados and mouth-watering shrimps - it's just worth trying and it's impossible to stop. I recommend serving with rice or bulgur.
Ingredients
- Shrimp (chilled) – 400 g
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 150 g
- Onion - half
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Dill - 2 twigs
- Salt - to taste
- Iceberg lettuce (for submission) – 4 leaf
- Water (boiling water) – 600 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the shrimp with boiling water, cool and peel.
Peel the avocado, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Chop cucumber, tomatoes, dill and peeled onion.
Mix avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, dill and shrimp. Leave a couple of shrimp for decoration.
Add sour cream, salt and mix gently.
Cover the bottom of the plate with salad leaves, lay out the salad with a slide. Assemble the top of the remaining shrimp, laying them tails up.
