An exquisite salad should definitely be on your festive table. You can cook it in portions for each guest or serve it on a large, beautiful dish. I cook it with quail eggs, but it also turns out delicious with chicken eggs.
Ingredients
- Squid (smoked) – 200 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 250 g
- Quail eggs (boiled) – 6 pieces
- Black Caviar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Mayonnaise - 50 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the smoked squid, peeled eggs and potatoes.
Using a cooking ring, lay out a layer of potatoes, season with salt, pepper and smear with mayonnaise.
Lay the eggs next. Add pepper, salt and mayonnaise again.
Spread a layer of smoked squid on top.
Garnish the salad with mayonnaise and lay out the black caviar.
