For all its sophistication, this salad with grilled salmon and string beans is very easy to prepare. Even if you don't have a grill or a suitable frying pan, it doesn't matter. Fish can be fried, baked or steamed. But I advise you to do with a minimum of oil, and then the dish will be really useful.
Ingredients
- Salmon - 300 g
- Salad mix - 120 g
- String beans - 150 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Asparagus (optional) – 100 g
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sea salt - 0,5 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 0,5 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Season the salmon with salt and pepper and grill for about 6-8 minutes on both sides.
Wash the greens, cut the cherry into pieces and chop the string beans. If you use asparagus, cut it in the same way.
Boil the asparagus and string beans until soft in boiling water – about 3-5 minutes.
Put all the ingredients into plates, sprinkle the salad with olive oil and add spices to taste.
