- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Cabbage - 0.5 of cabbage
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the mushrooms, chop the onion and fry them together until tender.
Thinly chop the cabbage, cut tomatoes and pepper into strips.
Chop the greens and mix with the vegetables. Season with olive oil.
Add mushrooms and onions to the salad.
