My family just loves seafood, so such dishes are often found on our table. Today I will tell you one recipe from my duty selection — a salad of shrimp, squid and greens. All the most delicious ingredients are collected in one plate.
Ingredients
- Shrimp (chilled) – 400 g
- Squid (tentacles) – 200 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 300 g
- Tuna (canned) – half a bank
- Arugula - 10 twigs
- Iceberg lettuce - 3 leaves
- Lemon (for submission) – half
- Corn oil - 30 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (boiling water) – 1,2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the chilled shrimp with half of boiling water, cool and peel.
Boil the squid tentacles in the remaining boiling water for 3 minutes, cool and chop.
Wash the arugula, iceberg lettuce, shake off the water and tear it with your hands.
Cut cherry tomatoes into small slices.
Mix lettuce leaves, tomatoes, shrimp, tuna and squid tentacles.
Add salt, ground pepper, oil and mix.
Serve the finished salad with lemon slices.
