Is a festive feast planned? It's time to try a new recipe. I advise you to prepare a fresh salad with shrimp, eggs and tomatoes. Shrimp can be used chilled or frozen. The main thing is that they are already cooked.
Ingredients
- Shrimp (cleaned) – 250 g
- Tomatoes (medium) – 3 pieces
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Iceberg lettuce - 1 bundle
- Sesame - 2 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Butter - 20 g
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Defrost the shrimp at room temperature.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the shrimp and fry for 2 minutes.
Flip to the other side, add salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and cook for another 2 minutes.
Wash the salad leaves, shake off the water and tear them into small pieces with your hands.
Peel the eggs from the shell and cut them lengthwise into small slices.
Cut tomatoes into long pieces.
Dry sesame seeds in a frying pan for a couple of minutes.
In a wide bowl, mix lettuce leaves, tomatoes, shrimp, sesame seeds, salt and ground pepper.
Add olive oil and mix gently with special tongs.
Put the salad on a plate, spread the egg pieces evenly on top.
