Ingredients
- Funchosa - 200 g
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Cabbage - 150 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Lime juice - 2 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Ground red pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (boiling water) – 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the funchosa with boiling water for 5 minutes.
Flip the noodles into a colander, rinse and leave to drain all the liquid.
Chop the cabbage and peeled bell pepper.
Mix the funchosa, cabbage and bell pepper.
Separately mix soy sauce, oil, vinegar and lime juice.
Add garlic, salt and red pepper passed through the press. Stir and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
