A beautiful and bright vegetable salad with basil by itself immediately attracts attention. It is impossible to resist such a riot of color and fragrance. This time I suggest adding to it a hearty, spicy cod liver.
Ingredients
- Cod liver - 250 g
- Purple onion - 1 piece
- Basil - 1 bundle
- Cherry tomatoes - 190 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the cherry into slices and the onion into feathers.
Boil the eggs and cut into quarters.
Chop the cod liver with a fork or knife.
Add the basil, mix all the ingredients and pepper.
Sprinkle the salad with olive oil.
