An ordinary country salad with cucumbers and tomatoes always remains out of competition. But from time to time I want to diversify it with something. Today I suggest adding some beans. It is better boiled, so as not to drown out the taste of vegetables.
Ingredients
- Beans (boiled) – 1 glass
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Dill - 4 twigs
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the beans in advance and let them cool.
Finely chop all the vegetables with dill, mix the salad.
Season it with olive oil and add spices to taste.
