- Cod liver - 300 g
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Green peas (canned) – 150 g
- Olives - 1 handful
- Parsley - 4 twigs
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Crackers - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes until tender and cut into cubes.
Separately boil the eggs and cut them too.
Chop the cod liver, chop the greens, cut the olives into rings.
Mix all the ingredients, add the peas and sprinkle the salad with olive oil.
Sprinkle the salad with crackers.
