Oddly enough, salads with potatoes and mussels are quite popular and diverse. If you haven't tried this combination yet, I advise you to experiment. It turns out very tasty and satisfying, especially according to this recipe!
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 250 g
- Mussels - 300 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 2 art.l.
- Mustard - 1 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Greenery - 4 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix sour cream, mustard, spices, chopped garlic and herbs.
Boil the potatoes until tender, cut into cubes and season with this mixture.
Fry the mussels on high heat for literally 4 minutes.
Finely chop the carrots and peppers, and also add to the salad.
