- Chicken liver - 400 g
- Kohlrabi - 300 g
- Arugula - 100 g
- Onion - 1 piece

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the onion and cut it into half rings.
Wash the chicken liver, peel off the films and dry with paper towels.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until golden brown.
Add the liver and continue to fry until tender. Pepper and salt before turning off.
Peel Kohlrabi and grate it.
Mix arugula, kohlrabi and chicken liver with onion.
Add ground pepper, salt and mix.
