Beetroot, rich in vitamins and trace elements, is an excellent base for cooking delicious and healthy caviar. This snack is great for sandwiches, canapes and just for meat dishes. Following my instructions, you can easily prepare caviar from beetroot and please yourself and guests.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Finely chop the onion and fry in oil until soft.

Add the grated beetroot and simmer together for 20 minutes.

Add ketchup and water, and simmer the caviar for another 20-30 minutes.

Roll it up in a sterile jar.
